Cured with a hint of sugar, then smoked over apple and cherry wood – a delectable addiction.
Our smoked sturgeon is created over the course of a week’s time in which the white sturgeon is hand selected and harvested, then aged before curing with our own special mix of salts and sugars, after which smoking with apple and cherry wood to perfection.
Includes: Half pound package of smoked white sturgeon, ready to eat.
