Our Kaluga Hybrid Reserve is a bright golden color with a kelp green hue. This beautiful caviar has a larger pearl that has a gentle pop with a clean front and a creamy finish with hints of cucumber, green apple, and lemon. This caviar eats well by itself or with crème fraiche and blinis.
